Please note that customized cases are NOT refundable under any circumstances. During promotions and Big Deals shipping fees are NOT refundable. Please note that we might seek different methods for refunding, the courier company may be delayed, in order to avoid any delay or inconvenience, we will transfer you the amount needed through different payment methods, Bank Transfer or Telecommunication Companies E-Wallets.
